We are currently recruiting strong customer service candidates for our Collector position in our call center located in Summerlin:

Job Summary:

- Utilizing our autodialer system, make contact with our past due owners by telephone, both incoming and outgoing calls, in order to negotiate and collect past due loan payments or maintenance fees

- Negotiate payment plans and analyze customer's situation to determine best course of action following business practices and policies

- Make independent choices to satisfy customer needs and resolve debtor disputes

- Initiate follow-up on all accounts in order to ensure payment plans are fulfilled

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Prior customer service experience in any capacity

- Prior collections experience

- Ability to navigate a computer and work with multiple applications at one time

- Excellent telephone and communications skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

- Positive attitude

- Active listening skills to understand customer's needs

- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers

- Ability to negotiate and ask for a payment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Some college education

- Desire to grow into a leadership position

- Prior skiptracing experience
