The Bell Attendant is responsible for:

  • Caring about our guest; assisting with arrivals and departures, making strong emotional connections by providing a guest centric service at all times

  • Ensuring that lobby area and front exterior/interior of the hotel is neat and clean at all time by picking up trash, adjusting furniture to proper positions

  • Assisting in providing travel directions, recommendations for local attractions, restaurants as well as Resort services

As part of the Guest Services team, you will join other associates that value hard work and pride themselves in making every single event an unforgettable one for our guests and their loved ones.
