Seasonal Activities Registration Desk (Summer 2018) - ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals
The activities desk person will act as the central point of communication for all activities, registration and operations. They will assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner while providing excellent customer service. This person should be able to portray family oriented activity programs that can accommodate the differing needs of all our owners and guests.
Maintain knowledge of the Sea Colony Community and be available to refer guests and members to other Sea Colony locations.
Market information on the daily activities and ongoing programs to our customers either in person or on the phone
Oversee registration for all preregistered activities.
Monitor all retail merchandise and keep the retail area clean and organized.
Act as cashier for programs and retail
Assist front desk staff as needed
Greet all guests and check for proper membership identification.
Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide administrative and clerical assistance to management as needed
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior activities experience preferred, not required
Excellent customer service skills required
Have good communication skills
Ability to multitask
Be able to work independently
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work on the weekends
