We have a rare opportunity available on the Gold Coast for a highly experienced project manager to join the team.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced project manager who will lead and deliver strategic and tactical customer experience projects across the business.

This role will project manage & deliver a range of initiatives across the business to enhance the customer experience. .

Strong stakeholder engagement and organisation skills are key to be successful in this role.

What else is involved?

  • Implementation of Customer Experience initiatives through proven project management methodology

  • Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products

  • Development of Customer Experience project management templates and processes

  • Wide internal engagement regarding Customer Experience initiatives to ensure Customer Experience is delivering an exceptional internal customer experience to key stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Develop reports to support and communicate project progress and outcomes

  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communications for Customer Experience projects

  • Manage end to end project delivery for customer experience projects as directed

  • Provide consultation services to business units & teams as required

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Customer Projects & Delivery to develop seamless delivery of all new Customer Experience initiatives and enhancements

  • Provide administrative support to the Director Customer Delivery, Manager, VIP Customers and Manager, Senior Manager Customer Projects & Delivery as required

  • Actively work with the Customer Insights, Customer Care, Lifestyle Solutions & Quality Assurance team to identify customer improvement opportunities and deliver on them

  • Promote and support Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and Wyndham South Pacific Club

What do you need?

  • Significant previous Project Management experience in a complex business environment

  • Experience developing & managing both internal & external communication strategies

  • Trade, tertiary and/or relevant experience in a similar role

  • Strong personal values regarding customer service, delivering on the promise and integrity in all activities

  • Ability to quickly build rapport at all levels

  • Sound problem solving and negotiating skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and active listening skills

  • Exceptional ability to conduct effective presentations and meetings in order to influence behavior and promote collaboration.

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to inspire same in others

  • Excellent facilitation and teambuilding skills with ability to work with people at all levels

  • Strong project management abilities

  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft products including Access, Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Ability to take direction when instructed and to make independent decisions when necessary

  • Ability to travel frequently, including for extended periods of time.
