Sales Administration Coordinator - Chicago
Logging of tour deposits
Tour deposit CRS data entry
Tour refund logging
Assist with both sales & marketing commission
Inventory tracking and ordering
Data entry of all tour and gifting information into Central Reservations Systems / Epiphany system and running of reports. Prepare and balance cash and deposit s.
File and secure all documents per procedures.
Assist with accounting, AP and/or duties as needed.
Process payroll and commissions for sales staff
Assist Site Administration and Sales leader as needed.
Candidate will be cross trained in other areas as needed.
General office work and other duties as assigned.
Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.
Ability to multi-task; organize; prioritize; communicate with various personality types.
Ability to deal with stress in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
Positive and upbeat attitude combined with effective communication skills; people skills a must.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Scheduling flexibility, will require nights and weekends.
