Sales Administration Coordinator - Chicago

Position Summary:

  • Logging of tour deposits

  • Tour deposit CRS data entry

  • Tour refund logging

  • Invoice submission

  • Assist with both sales & marketing commission

  • Inventory tracking and ordering

  • iPad custodian

  • Data entry of all tour and gifting information into Central Reservations Systems / Epiphany system and running of reports. Prepare and balance cash and deposit s.

  • File and secure all documents per procedures.

  • Assist with accounting, AP and/or duties as needed.

  • Process payroll and commissions for sales staff

  • Assist Site Administration and Sales leader as needed.

  • Candidate will be cross trained in other areas as needed.

  • General office work and other duties as assigned.


Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.

  • Ability to multi-task; organize; prioritize; communicate with various personality types.

  • Ability to deal with stress in a dynamic and ever changing environment.

  • Positive and upbeat attitude combined with effective communication skills; people skills a must.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Scheduling flexibility, will require nights and weekends.
