Business Operations Coordinator I - Gifting - Grand Desert - Las Vegas, NV


Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Maintain accurate inventory of all premiums and cash

  2. Distribute Premiums and Cash

  3. Maintain proper inventory of bank and cash reports

  4. Review and correct gifting receipts, CRS reports and template, and other tracking spreadsheets

  5. Provide back-up to Tour Receptionists if necessary

  6. Verify and validate daily premium gifting and cash reconciliation reports from the gifting clerks.

  7. Communicate effectively with various internal departments

  8. Accurate Data Entry and Spreadsheet information

  9. Provide excellent customer service to all guests who approach work area

  10. Light Office Work (Copy, Fax, Mail)

  11. Other duties as assigned

  12. Must have ability to travel between site locations in the Las Vegas area


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two or three years of customer service experience

  • Professional business appearance, positive and upbeat attitude and effective communication skills.

  • One or more years of cash handling experience

  • One or two years of working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • CRS experience preferred

  • Must work well under pressure and stress.

  • People skills a must, with ability to adapt to constant change

  • Must have the ability to multi-task and be organized

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
