Procurement Manager, EMEA



This is a newly created role with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts where the role holder will be responsible for all sourcing and procurement activity both Corporately and across the EMEA Hotels portfolio. They will be required to work with a number of key stakeholders across various spend categories in the EMEA region therefore significant international travel wil be required.

The role will be based in London reporting directly to the Senior Director - Finance EMEA in a newly created finance hub ( alongside Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning & Analysis and Feasibility) where the role will be proactively challenged to ensure a focus on supplier management, delivering better technology / processes and realising measurable revenue generation and cost savings opportunity.

  • Travel is requried up to 50% across Europe, Middle East Africa and Eurasia

Software Skills

  • High standard of Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Comprehensive analytical skills

  • Ability to use spend data, analysis, contract management and e-procurement tools

Technical Skills

  • Educated to degree level

  • Procurement management experience of strategic sourcing in a large international company /environment

  • Certification from CIPs or ISM is preferred

  • High level of project management skills and working collaboratively with internal and

external stakeholders

  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings across multiple geographies & categories


Decisions made by the post holder will directly impact the financial performance of the region. These results will be highly visible as top-line revenue growth and bottom line savings and will contribute to the overall performance of the EMEA region.

Scope/Financial Responsibilit y

The post holder’s actions and influence will be impactful on performance and overall upon the relationship between the suppliers and WHG.

Organisational Structure

This role will report directly into Senior Director of Finance , EMEA and dotted line into Hotels Strategic Sourcing in US.
