Tour Receptionist


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting guest and distribution of tours for our sales associates.

  • Notification of tours to sales associates.

  • Accurate validation of guest information.

  • Able to handle confidential proprietary information.

  • Answer telephone and guests questions in a professional manner.

  • Accurate input of tour information into CRS, and other assigned tasks.


Software Skills:

  • MS Office, Excel, Word a plus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

  • Administrative Experience.

  • Customer Service Experience.

  • Knowledge of CRS a plus.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills a must.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Able to take on multiple tasks and accomplish them in a timely manner.

  • Must work well under pressure and with others.
