Marketing Operations Coordinator- New Orleans

The Marketing Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks up to and including expense reports, commission corrections, communication with partnering vendors, working with marketing leaders to ensure everything is completed before deadlines and auditing to insure marketing is up to date on proper protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting, scheduling, and coordinating guests for timeshare presentations that are traveling on vacation packages

  • Inventory control on supplies/equipment/apparel

  • Prepare required Employee Change Notices for all employees based on information obtained from management

  • Interact with high level of customer service and professionalism with all internal and external clients

  • Tracking marketing data for leaders

  • Calendar management for time off requests, shows and events, team outings, meetings, etc.

  • Assisting in the tracking and updating of timekeeping records

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Attention to detail required

- Marketing administrative experience

- Microsoft Office Suite
