We currently have an opening for a Coordinator, Global Sales within our Saint John Operation Centre.

As a Coordinator, you will assist the team of remote Global Account Directors in managing revenue opportunities. You will deliver "Count On Me" service to both hotels and customers while handling concerns, questions, billing and/or commission issues. Your administrative support to the directors for the long term and corporate transient segment will also include projects such as managing inquiries, creating Web-ex links, and building PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

Your background includes:

  • 2-3 years administrative experience

  • Strong computer and database management skills specifically with the Microsoft office suite as well as Salesforce and Lanyon

You will have the proven ability to:

  • Prioritize and meet simultaneous deadlines with continual attention to detail

  • Communicate effectively while working in a culturally diverse work environment

  • Take ownership and be responsible for tasks and projects while working with little day to day supervision

  • Provide Count on Me! Service with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Be a self-starter and take initiative while maintaining a high level of professionalism

  • Make sound decisions using good judgment and problem solving skills
