Wyndham Vacation Ownership is seeking Summer Sales and Marketing Interns in 2018.

o Intern Training will begin on May 14, 2018. Training Dates are: 5/14/18-5/19/18 and 5/21/18-5/25/18; 9 AM- 5 PM Daily
Start Date: May 14, 2018
End Date: August 12, 2018 (this date can be altered, but all interns are required to work through July 31, 2018.
Pay: $12.50/ Hour Commission and Bonus
Schedule: All interns are required to work 5 days/ week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required work days. Your days off will be Monday/ Tuesday OR Wednesday/ Thursday.
Hours will vary during the summer. Most days will begin at 10 AM and end at 5 PM. You will know your schedule 1 month in advance.

* Sales and MKT Internship Overview: *
Learn to sell a luxury product in a face to face environment
Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners
Articulate all features and benefits of the product
Initiate the close of your own sales
Generate sales volume by successfully executing the required steps of the sale
Interns will be required to:
Attend all training days in the first 2 weeks
Pass and Graduates New Hire Training
Attend and complete New Hire, “You’re the One,” Orientation
Attend all ongoing training, including the 13 modules of Road to Success Training, following New Hire Training
Complete the assigned group project by August 1st
1 year of customer service, guest related, retail, or HRT experience required
All students must be at least 18 years of age
All Majors Welcome!
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Must complete a multi-tiered interview process
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be a college student actively pursuing a degree; you do not have to be enrolled in summer courses
