Job Summary

Convert all qualified guests to tour our Wyndham Resort and pre-disposition them to purchase while providing customer service and area information. Must maintain a targeted tour production number and average sales volume.

Job Description

Maximize production of qualified tours from location

Communication with CMP Management team

Perform duties as hotel or location concierge

Keep location engaging and stocked with collateral

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Sales or Marketing experience

  • Customer Service experience
