We’re seeking a dedicated and committed Marketing Specialist (Guest Relationship Representative) to join our team!

The Marketing Specialist will be based out of our Wyndham office in Shanghai. You will be responsible for developing/adapting feasible working process of mini vacation sales and tour bookings. Coordinating with external partners and internal functions to ensure tours are qualified and support quality tour conversions and membership closing.

  • 2-3 years experience from real-estate, tourism education and or travel industries in sales related roles

  • Good computer skills i.e MS Words, Excel, Outlook

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Positive and professional with an ability to represent the department at internal meetings, dealing with key relationships from all levels within the organisation

  • Ability to efficiently multi-task which includes excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal is an added advantage

  • Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Flexibility in working schedule - able to work on weekends, public holidays and evenings as required
