The Human Resources Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Regional HR Manager - Managed Hotels MEA will be accountable for the Human Resources function not limited to:
- Recruitment and Talent
- Training and Development
- P&L accountability
- Strategic thinking
- Employee Relations
- Associate Accommodation & Engagement

hotel ideally in the Middle East we would like to hear form you.
In some locations around the world, Wyndham Hotel Group manages hotel properties on behalf of a third party owner. At many of those properties, the Hotel owner is the actual employer, and Wyndham Hotel Group performs recruiting and hiring functions on behalf of the owner.
